WHO NEEDS TO PROCESS THE ALIENS REGISTRATION

• A non-Korean plans to stay in Korea more than 90 days from the day his/her arrival in Republic of Korea.
• A foreigner born in Korea wish to extended the stay over 90 days from his/her arrival to Korea.

WHO DO YOU NEED TO REGISTER?

• A non-Korean plans to stay in Korea exceeding 90 days → Within 90 days of his/her arrival to Korea.
• A non-Korean who is granted to sojourn or received approval to change → As soon as the approval is made (Immediately)
  Example) When a person of Canadian nationality with the B-2(Tour visa) requests change for his/her status of sojourn after staying in Korea for 5 months, he/she is required to register.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Passport
• Aliens Registration Form
• 2 Color Photographs (3㎝×4㎝) a sheets of paper
• Service Fee: 10,000 won (The government stamp)
